Full Job Description

Oldswinford Church of England Primary School is a friendly and welcoming school with an emphasis on promoting high standards. The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to supervise and interact with children during lunchtimes and work as part of a team.

You should show a caring and sensitive attitude towards the children and have an understanding of their needs. You should have good interpersonal skills and be able to lead by example. The hours of work are from 11.50am to 1.05pm Monday to Friday, during school term time. You may be required for an extra couple of days during term time for training or a termly meeting. Due notice will be given for these days. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this. The successful candidate will therefore require an enhanced DBS check. Proof of permission to work in the UK may also be required., We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore, the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants must be able to provide documentation to prove their right to work in the UK.
