Full Job Description

We are seeking a Midweight 3D Designer with expertise in exhibitions and live events to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of the 3D creative team, you will collaborate closely with Creative Leads and the Design Director to develop and refine 3D concepts and designs. This role requires a passionate individual who is driven by creativity and skilled in crafting compelling solutions that resonate with audiences. You will work directly with production, project management, and event management teams to ensure smooth execution of ideas, while also collaborating with other creative disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions. Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas clearly are essential, as is a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.,

  • Work on projects across a wide range of brands and industry sectors
  • Be involved throughout the full design process
  • Collaborate directly with graphic designers, animators, and all other skill sets relevant to any given project.

    Experience in industry-standard tools such as 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing and owning responsibilities within projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively prioritise and manage tasks
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and a clear understanding of the distinction between concept and design.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas to team members and clients.
