Miller Silo Operator

Silver Spoon is seeking a Silo & Day Miller to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our Silo and Milling processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the intake of raw material and the manufacturing of finished products that meet quality standards, adhering to all safety and operational procedures, and working closely with the Planning, Scheduling, and QA teams. You will manage the unloading of wheat vehicles, perform quality control testing, and accurately record all operational data. As well as this you will provide cover for the Milling team. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, escalating issues to the Line Manager, and demonstrating food-safe operations to auditors and customers. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts and assist with flexible shift coverage as needed. Training will be provided to meet Silver Spoon's internal standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced food manufacturing, knowledge of HACCP and GMP, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and food standards are essential. Ideal Qualifications:

• 2 Food Safety Level
• 2 HACCP Foundation
