Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Operative, to join our well-established and growing Cleaning business in the Lichfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Burntwood, Penkridge, Uttoxeter, Burton on Trent areas'. You must be available to work Monday to Friday, you will be contracted to work 20 hours per week, but there will be on average 25-35 hours to complete each week. You must be able to be flexible with your hours, as most days may change at last minute, due to last minute Sickness which will need covering and most hours will occur between 6-10am & 2-6pm.,

• Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple schools, ensuring compliance with cleaning schedules and standards
• Provide cleaning cover for absence and vacancies as required
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness and performance, completing audits and addressing any issues promptly
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Maintain and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively
• Liaise with site client to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met

We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen Family. This is a very hands on position, meaning Cleaning experience is prefered, however it is not essential as Training will be provided. Please also be aware that a DBS check will need to be completed, upon becoming successful of the job role. You will need to be trustworthy, well organised, flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
