Full Job Description

Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and management of our cleaning teams at 5 of our schools based across north an east London. You will be joining our Facilities Teams based at our London Schools.,

  • Provide support, guidance, training and full line management for all cleaning staff and report back to the contract manager
  • Direct all cleaning staff in their duties ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and targets are achieved to meet contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that the cleaning function is appropriately resourced by managing the rota effectively including arranging suitable cover for sickness and holidays.
  • Monitor staff attendance and maintain records to effectively manage absence
  • Being responsible for Audits based across the 5 school sites
  • Key requirements:
  • Experience in audits
  • Experience in managing or supervising staff.
  • Be prepared to cover the school during holidays if the Superintendent is on leave
  • A full driving license and access to your own car, you will also need to be happy using your vehicle to travel between sites
  • The appointment of this role will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Check
