Your Role:
Process FNOL motor claims swiftly and accurately.
Manage a range of claims via phone and written communication.
Provide exceptional service to policyholders and brokers.
Spot and report fraudulent activity and underwriting issues.
Ensure all claims are handled in line with regulatory policies.

Strong customer service & communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of motor claims experience (higher salary for more experience).
CII Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
Minimum Grade C in English and Maths.

Salary from £22,500+, based on experience.
35-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with 1 in 4 Saturdays).
