Your Role:
Assess and validate vehicle repair estimates using Audatex & internal platforms
Lead technical assessments in total loss cases
Collaborate with claims teams to resolve complex repair scenarios
Maintain high service standards and effective client communication
Experience in Automotive Engineering or Vehicle Damage Assessment
Relevant certifications (ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, AQP) preferred
Strong knowledge of repair methodologies and estimating tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
