Full Job Description

The job is mainly to support with my personal care around the house and to provide my mother with some respite., This will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period of six months will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid four-weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive appropriate holidays and holiday pay. This post is subject to an enhanced police check (DBS) and training may be required if identified by the employer.

I have interests in motorbikes, heavy metal music, carpentry and joinery.

I have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis which affects my mobility and dexterity and I require a wheelchair to get around., · A reliable and punctual person.

· Someone with flexibility to help cover my main PA when needed.

· A person who respects the privacy and confidentiality of working in someone else's home.

· A proactive person.

· A car driver is preferred.
