Full Job Description
We're looking for a Multi-Trade Operative who can support the Healthy Homes team to deliver a right first-time approach whilst exceeding our customers' expectations, to join our internal maintenance service working in our customers homes across the city of Salford and Greater Manchester on a working pattern between the hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - to 4.30pm.
You will be an experienced Multi-Trade Operative qualified to at least NVQ level 2 in one trade, and be able to carry out all aspects of an additional 2 other trades, including carry out damp proof injection courses and apply external render. Additionally, you will have experience in identifying asbestos and recording work on a PDA.
The ideal candidate will have social housing experience, be used to working alone and be used to recording work on a PDA. In return we offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package and a 38 hour working week. What we offer as a company
