MVOG524 Personal Assistant

I am a 77-year-old gentleman living in Barry with my dog (who is very placid and friendly). I have a few different health issues; I am partially sighted, have diabetes and arthritis. I enjoy watching politics on the television with a hot cup of tea. I am a chatty and friendly person. I do also smoke in my house. My memory isn't as good as it once was and I sometimes might need reminding of certain things., Mainly to assist me at home with all aspects of daily living, so that I can maintain my independence in my own home.

This position is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS Disclosure (Police Check), which must be completed prior to the commencement of employment. The cost of this check will be covered by the Local Authority.

All necessary checks will be conducted to verify that any candidate has the legal right to work in the UK before employment begins.

Although this is a part-time role, it is a legitimate position requiring the submission of a National Insurance number. Employment will commence under an initial trial period.

Wages will be paid on a 4 weekly basis and appropriate holiday pay will be provided.
