Network Aftersales Coach

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Network Aftersales Coach to help deliver tangible improvements across key performance indicators within our client's Retailer network. In this role, you will be working with Retailers within a Manufacturer's network, helping them improve aftersales performance across multiple areas. You'll coach and mentor business management and staff, implementing effective solutions to deliver real, sustainable improvements in customer satisfaction, team working, process improvement, and quality management. As an Network Aftersales Coach, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering improvements in aftersales KPIs, such as customer satisfaction, team communication, process improvement, and quality management.
• Root causing underperformance, providing coaching and guidance to staff on key areas such as customer preparation, technical pre-planning, and team collaboration.
• Facilitating continuous improvement and sustainable solutions in the areas of quality control, recruitment, and staff retention.
• Prioritising your workload to ensure the completion of contracted days and maintaining accurate, timely administration (visit reports, SMART actions, and activity tracking).
• Building strong working relationships with Manufacturer Area Teams and other field teams to drive success.
