We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Control Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of Network Control activities and the Safe Control of Operations (SCO) by providing high-quality administrative support. You will work within a dynamic team environment to contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.
The role holder will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate processing and clearance of SCO works within the required timeframes. This includes processing documents accurately and maintaining meticulous records, enabling quick and reliable access to information whenever required. Attention to detail and adherence to established systems will be key to supporting the smooth running of our operations.

Good general level of education
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other core systems
- High standard of keyboard skills
- Confident speaking on the telephone and dealing with a high volume of phone calls
- Data input and analysis skills
- Able to consistently work to a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to ensure that successful relationships are established and maintained.
- Excellent customer focus

This is a 12month Fixed Term working hybrid between home and our head office in Ansty, Coventry
