Network Management Roads Technician

Alongside general support, you will provide technical support for the maintenance of the asset management systems and key datasets. You will be responsible for the processing, analysis and reporting on the results from the highway technical surveys.
You will also provide support to maintain systems and prepare responses in relation to Land Searches.

What you will do:
1. Provide technical support in relation to the asset management system and ensure that the key data in the asset management system is maintained and kept up to date.
2. Monitor compliance of scheduled actions and report to management and assist in the development of an asset management based approach to ensure current legislative
and service requirements are met.
3. Assist in the maintenance of the Local Street Gazetteer to ensure it meets current national requirements.
4. Process and analyse technical survey data to identify sites requiring investigation. Prepare spatial outputs to facilitate further investigations to be undertaken.
5. Maintain a record of highway schemes undertaken to support the production of management reports in support of the highway asset management process.
6. Assist in the maintenance of Development Control systems to support the accurate completion of Land Searches and respond to Land Searches and enquiries.
