Your role will involve taking ownership of complex incidents and progressing them through to resolution, Liaising with 3rd party engineers to troubleshoot issues, small to medium sized project work and investigating service improvements. • Strong desire to learn and upskill
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, network security and their configuration, particularly with Juniper technologies
• Must understand Juniper EX LAN switching products, and SRX firewall solutions.
• Must have strong understanding of 7 layer OSI model, Specifically layers 1 through 4
• Cisco or Juniper Certifications and knowledge of wireless and firewalls desirable
