Your primary focus will be verifying details, ensuring speedy pay-outs, and handling dealer inquiries efficiently-whether over the phone or via correspondence. With leading automotive brands as our partners, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining clear, effective communication.,

• Handle dealer inquiries-primarily via phone-ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Process and validate financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Authorise dealer payments once all documentation is verified.
• Maintain accurate records by entering and handling customer and dealer data in internal systems.
• Work collaboratively with other business areas, including Customer Services.
• Stay informed on FCA regulations to remain compliant and competent in your role.
  
  Strong PC literacy and ability to navigate internal systems efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a flexible shift pattern (including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a customer service centre, call centre, or finance company.
• Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act.
