Full Job Description
- Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shift
- Develop and train reports and ensure SLA's are hit for the Night shift
- Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
- Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Management experience of leading and managing a team - Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
- Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
- PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
- An understanding of Transport regulations ideally
