As Night Manager, you will support the Management Team in driving the effective operation of the Front Office and other outlets, upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.,

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations during the Night period.
• Provide leadership to the night team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused environment.
• Assume responsibilities for the health, safety and security of the guests and hotels during the night period.
• Oversee the completion of night audits and prepare financial and operational reports.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints, adhering to hotel policies and escalating as necessary.
• Uphold Hyatt's commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to all guests.
  
  We're seeking a professional who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your local knowledge of Manchester's vibrant culture, restaurants, and shopping areas will enhance our guests' stays., Previous experience in a similar role is essential. (three to five years in a 4 or 5 property)
• Proficiency in Opera hotel system is mandatory.
• Strong IT and communication skills.
