• Lead, support, and inspire a team of early years practitioners
• Ensure the nursery provides a high-quality learning environment where children thrive
• Maintain a strong track record with Ofsted, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Manage budgets, staffing, and administrative tasks effectively

  A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
• Proven management experience in an early years setting
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a successful track record of inspections
