Full Job Description
- Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
- Oversee the budget and resources effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
- Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.
NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3. - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
KiddyKare are recruiting a Nursery Manager to join a spectacular setting in Twickenham. This setting prides itself on its fantastic outdoor provision. The nursery has been recently refurbished which boasts its own incredible space and utilises the area to aid the team to deliver the best possible opportunities for the children.
