As a Nursery Room Leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping children's early learning experiences. They will lead a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care, education, and wellbeing while creating a stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.,
- Room Leadership: Oversee daily operations within the room, ensuring a high-quality learning environment.
- Child Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's growth and curiosity.
- Team Support & Mentorship: Lead and support a team of practitioners, promoting best practices in early years education.
- Wellbeing & Safety: Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive setting, following safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
- Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children's progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the room's provision, identifying areas for development and improvement.
