As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education. You will lead a team of practitioners to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will help shape young minds and create lasting, positive experiences for both children and their families.,

  • Lead and support a team of nursery practitioners, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing community.
  • Maintain high standards of care and education, following all policies and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Observe and assess children's development, ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Encourage a love for learning through play, creativity, and exploration.

With thoughtfully designed rooms tailored to different age groups, this is the perfect place to support children in making exciting new discoveries throughout their early years., A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A proactive, positive, and nurturing approach.
