Experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification level 3 or above in childcare or early years education is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage a nursery room effectively. Passion for working with children and commitment to their development.
