Nursery Room Leader Assistant

We are seeking experienced Assistant Room Leader in our stunning Pre-School Classroom. At BLS, we have a unique approach to the early years curriculum.

About the role:

Full Time- 40 hours per week - Flexible shifts between 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday. 50 weeks per year (Not term time)

You must have solid experience. You will assist the Room Leader in leading and nurturing a friendly team, as well as role modelling high quality childcare.

Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
Ideally you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
Experience of Leading a team in an early years' environment and managing a key group of children
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
Empathetic, caring, and friendly
Excellent planning and organisation skills

Competitive salary with annual reviews and pay top ups for higher qualifications:
Level 5: +£416 per year
Level 6: +£832 per year
EYPS, QTS, EYITT: +£1,664 per year
