Nursing Associate

This is an opportunity for a Nursing Associate to join the team at Hope Citadel Healthcare in Rochdale. Working under the supervision of the Practice Nurse team. Come and join us if you are looking to develop your skills as a Nursing Associate in a General Practice setting, including assisting with the delivery of health promotion, phlebotomy, chronic disease management, immunisation, and vaccinations in line with your training and level of experience., Your main duties will include supporting the Practice Nursing team in delivering excellent patient care, providing health promotion to patients, delivering chronic disease management under the supervision of the Nursing team, immunisations (including childhood immunisations), cervical cytology, phlebotomy and other responsibilities in line with your training and experience.

Birtle View Medical Practce and the Kingsway Practice are run by Hope Citadel Healthcare, along with 9 other practices in the Greater Manchester area.

Hope Citadel Healthcare is a not-for-profit community interest company, who have been commissioned by the local ICB to provide NHS services to the local area where the practices are located.
