Full Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our Adaptations and Charity business running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing our Adaptations sales rep calendar by scheduling appointments with customers, and by providing administrative support for the sales process.

In addition, you will be the main point of contact with our charity partners to provide quotes and invoices for mobility aids. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls.
Organise and coordinate appointments.
Liase with trades to get quotes for minor building works for the Adaptations team
Maintain filing systems.
Provide quotes and invoices for charity partners
Prepare reports and documents.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
