Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant based in Sunderland you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately picking, packing and prepare customer orders.
• Unloading/loading deliveries and booking in stock using the internal systems
• Putting stock away in the correct locations
• Occasionally assisting customers on the trade counter providing excellent service.
  
  Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure and a focus on maintaining high standards.
• A friendly and approachable attitude, with a willingness to engage with customers when required.
