Elliott Hudson College seeks an inspiring Operations Manager (Finance and Administration) to lead the Administration and Reprographics team, ensuring efficiency, discretion, and confidentiality. The role involves managing academy-specific HR and Finance, liaising with TGAT Central teams, and overseeing key projects directed by the Business Manager, Principal, and Senior Leadership Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of our thriving educational community.
- A relevant level 3 qualifications, or willing to work towards.
- Experience of offering information, advice and guidance to young people.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
