- Ensure a "Safe Place" environment for military training and estate users
- Provide administrative support and manage radio and telephone communications
- Maintain accurate records and follow structured processes
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, operational protocols and incident management.
- Use bespoke software and Microsoft Office tools for operational tasks
- Handle stakeholder communications professionally, even under pressure
- Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, ensuring operational coverage around the clock including On-call Rota
Experienced in admin or support roles, with strong organisational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various software tools
- Ability to navigate using mapping and grid systems
- Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to tasks and the business.
- Places a high priority on health and safety and maintaining a safe environment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment with diverse and changing responsibilities.
- Previous knowledge and experience of military based protocols including mapping and communications is advantageous.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence (essential due to location) Desirble:
- Knowledge of mapping and grid referencing
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Experienced in using radios and military radio protocols
