Operations Support Manager

Pay Rate: £36,000 - £45,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday - Friday Location: Lindt - Coventry (CV6 4BX) Join DHL on our Lindt site in Coventry as our Operations Support Manager and be the catalyst for operational excellence, environmental sustainability, and employee engagement, bringing fresh energy and expertise to our dynamic team!" WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Lead the standardization of Operational Management Systems (OMS) to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
• Drive environmental sustainability efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices.
• Bring a dynamic and energetic approach to invigorate the site and motivate the existing team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals.
