As a Washer/Capper Operative, you'll be responsible for ensuring that sample boxes used by field staff and farmers meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your role will involve:
+ Preparing and processing sample boxes for dispatch
+ Washing and capping pots to strict quality standards
+ Monitoring dosing and capping machines to ensure accuracy
+ Conducting basic machine maintenance and alerting engineers to any issues
+ Following all health and safety procedures
Working Environment:
+ You will be based in a small team environment where teamwork is essential
+ The role involves standing for long periods
+ The work can be physically demanding, requiring manual handling and repetitive tasks
