Outlet Store Manager

We are looking for the right manager to lead an outlet store based near Pontefract, junction 32 M62. Your Role:

• Oversee the overall performance of the store, managing both commercial and team aspects.
• Inspire and develop your team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement store strategies that align with the brand's values and goals.
  
  Experience in retail management, ideally within a similar setting.
• Ready to step up from an Assistant Manager role, eager to grow and take on new challenges.
• Passionate about professional development and team leadership.
