Outreach Worker

New College Swindon are searching for an Outreach Worker to join the Evolve team. Wondering what you'll be doing? You will need access to your own vehicle with business insurance (mileage paid at 45p per mile + 5p per passenger) in which you will work with students aged 16-25 with EHCPs. You will provide support to students on-site and off-site acting as a role model to help students model resilience and appropriate social behaviour. You will build a close relationship with a small group of students during their time at our college, and be a person of high importance in their everyday lives who can demonstrate acceptable social behaviour and provide reassurance and guidance in how to handle and react to various situations. No two days are the same!
