Full Job Description
- Provide expert information, advice, and guidance to help local residents find employment.
- Engage with local partners to increase employment opportunities for the community.
- Work collaboratively with Dudley Council and Dudley NHS Trust to support the I Can programme.
- Utilise knowledge of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) to promote inclusive recruitment techniques which align and working with EDI leads across Dudley MBC and Dudley NHS Trust.
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the programme and its participants.
- Requirement to support the retention and progression of I Can Dudley participants
Proven experience in outreach work, preferably within employment support or a similar field. - Strong knowledge of local employment opportunities and the ability to connect individuals with suitable roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with partners and the community.
- Understanding of EDI principles and experience in implementing inclusive recruitment practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
