We're looking for a highly organised, professional, and proactive PA to support the Directors of the Combined Authority - playing a key role in driving transformational change across the region. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and optimising Directors' schedules, diaries, and email inboxes
  • Coordinating key projects and high-profile engagements
  • Organise and prepare for internal/external meetings and presentations and any associated paperwork, travel, meeting room and catering arrangements, directly in relation to the Directors.
  • Working closely with other PAs and senior colleagues to improve efficiencies
  • Handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting major strategic initiatives that shape the region's future
  • You'll be joining a team of friendly, knowledgable individuals who will be there to support you along the way. Due to the nature of the role, this role will be predominently office based so you are around to support the Directors and the team.

    We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in supporting senior management, someone who is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating confidence, proactivity, and the initiative to anticipate and respond to the needs of the Directors.
