Full Job Description
As a Packaging Coordinator you will be responsible for utilising forecasts to ensure supply of packaging to meet production demand. You will work closely with the Buyers to deliver effective team support.
- Previous stock management or procurement experience is essential, experience within an FMCG/manufacturing environment would be desirable
- Highly IT literate with the ability to use Excel at intermediate level and prior experience of using stock management or MRP systems
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally, as part of a larger team and individually
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise and organise tasks and manage workload

This is advertised as a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, however If you would like to discuss flexible working or alternate working patterns, please provide more details in your application. We offer flexibility in when and where you complete your hours (e.g. hybrid working and flexitime), but ideally this would include 2-3 days per week collaborating with your team and peers at our offices in Harrogate. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity covering maternity leave.
