Full Job Description
- As a key member of the team, you will lead the toolkit development of global skincare campaigns, from agency briefing to creative development and production including ATL.
- Support the delivery of key strategic projects, for example contributing to the annual global consumer strategy and brand plan.
- You will partner with local market teams, acting as a brand guardian to help ensure the global toolkits are rolled out brilliantly in market.
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as a key point of contact for agency partners, product teams, market teams and other key stakeholders.
- Highly enthusiastic with a keen interest and passion for beauty.
At least 3+ years' experience in a global marketing role, including a proven track record of creative asset delivery. - Ability to understand, manage and champion what the brand stands for and act as a global brand guardian.
- Experience working with consumer insights to deliver marketing campaigns.
- To be a collaborative team player, with an ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Experience and creative flair in developing digital and social-first content.
- A keen interest in the beauty market and trends.
