We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Employment team in London. The successful candidate will either already be cleared for vetting to undertake work for the Metropolitan Police, or will be required to undertake vetting for clearance.Your Role As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following;

• Supporting our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims
• Attending Employment Tribunal hearings (either in person in the London Regions or via CVP) to sit behind counsel and take notes/support clients and witnesses
• Assisting with the disclosure process and preparing disclosure bundles
• Reviewing disclosure received from other parties
• Drafting Tribunal documentation including responses to claims
• Assisting with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information
• Assisting with billing
  
  Pre-existing vetting clearance is preferable.
• Previous Employment paralegal experience is preferable.
• Excellent communication skill (both oral and written).
• Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timescales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Having worked previously with case management software would be beneficial.
