Full Job Description
Tottenham Parish is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Parish Cleaner to provide maternity cover. This role is crucial in ensuring that our presbytery and parish hall remain clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for our parishioners and visitors.,
- General cleaning of the presbytery and parish hall, including hoovering, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Cleaning communal areas such as the sacristy, church porch, kitchen, and bathrooms.
- Rotational deep cleaning of appliances, windows, skirting boards, and other surfaces.
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies.
- Occasional laundry duties and ad hoc cleaning tasks., Actions we take to provide equality of opportunity for all candidates include:

- We will work together with candidates with a disability or health condition to implement reasonable adjustments to enable them to feel comfortable and strive during the assessment process.

Can work independently while also contributing to a team. Has a friendly, approachable attitude with a welcoming presence. Maintains discretion and confidentiality when required. Has experience in a similar cleaning role (desirable but not essential). Has an interest in working within the Catholic Church and aligns with its values. - 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rated accordingly for part time or term time employees)
