Full Job Description
A great opportunity to join the Parking Team, based at the Eastbourne District General Hospital.
You will be helping to ensure good customer service in the day to day running of the Car Park areas dealing with patients, visitors and staff. If you are confident, can work in a busy environment, and enjoying dealing with people, then please apply., The role will involve dealing with patients and visitors also staff, answering queries regarding the carparks and taking payments and validating parking tickets.
You will be assisting in the recording of parking data onto a dedicated database. This role will also include daily patrols in staff areas ensuring staff are displaying a valid permit and parking legally. Part of the role would be to use the permit database which provides information of staff permits, A wide range of staff benefits are available to our staff including staff development, enrolment in the NHS pension scheme, auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce Service, access to onsite nurseries. staff restaurants and accommodation.
