Full Job Description
A caring and gentle part time live out carer is needed by a family living in Essex to assist them with their daily routines. Someone who speaks Hindi or Urdu would be a bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 1 pm to 3 pm, and 8 pm to 10 pm. Fridays will be one additional hour, 12 pm to 3 pm
Duties include:
general care duties
personal care when required
transferring and manual handling
companionship
stimulating and entertaining the client
motivating and stimulating the client
ensuring that the client has everything that she needs at all times
taking the client out for walks for fresh air when required
making sure she is being supported at all times
ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times
supporting the client to live and thrive independently
upstanding family members
taking the client to and from appointments
laundry
hoovering, mopping, dusting
changing bed sheets and linen
dishes, laying out clothes daily, shopping
running errands and ensuring the house stays neat and tidy at all times
cooking and preparing meals for the client
They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. They need someone to start as soon as possible.
