Full Job Description

  • Deliver Quality Care - Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and respond to medical needs
  • Ensure Seamless Care - Communicate with daytime staff for continuity in patient care
  • Keep Records Accurate - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
  • Work as a Team - Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and fellow nurses
  • Maintain Safety & Hygiene - Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, secure

    Valid NMC Registration (UK) - RGN or RMN qualification
  • Strong Clinical Knowledge - Up-to-date nursing practices and experience in a day-time care setting
  • Care Planning Expertise - Skilled in writing care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans
  • Regulatory Understanding - Familiarity with MCA & DoLS guidelines
  • Team Player & Communicator - Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

    £21 per hour + paid breaks
