Your main role will be to cover cleaning operatives based at various sites around the West Midlands. They will ensure high standards are maintained and that the operational side of the business and all customer sites' cleaning is functioning smoothly and properly complying with all COSHH regulations.

This will include;
Responsibility to organise, schedule, and supervise a variety of activities and tasks and delegate duties to cleaning operatives.
Understand the cleaning needs of existing clients assign these tasks and inspect premises regularly to ensure the tasks have been completed to the highest standard.
To build and regularly maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
To complete random spot-checks on a regular basis.
Re-stock equipment and supplies of cleaning materials for allocated sites.
You will be required to cover cleaning shifts on sites for staff sickness and holiday.
You will be required to do deep cleans and help start/set up contracts.

Hours - Monday to Friday (20+ hours per week).
Overtime is available during our busiest periods.
Full flexibility is essential in this position, subject to business needs.
DBS is essential to meet the needs of our clients (this will need to be funded by yourself)., As a Part Time Mobile Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various locations. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibility will involve commercial cleaning, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-maintained. Your janitorial experience will be invaluable in executing daily cleaning tasks effectively. Additionally, possessing a valid driving license is crucial, as you will be traveling to different sites. Strong English communication skills will aid in understanding instructions and interacting with team members, contributing to a seamless cleaning operation.
