Full Job Description

The role of a Membership Sales Advisor is to promote and increase membership sales within the Centre, communicate directly with customers to build a stronger relationship and actively seek out new business opportunities. The membership sales advisor will also assist in any administrative duties required within the department. Primary objectives for the Membership Sales Advisor will be:

  • To actively promote membership packages within the centre in line with instructions from the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager
  • To assist in delivering the highest level of customer care, including meeting regularly with existing members to ensure the level of service is maintained
  • To assist in the promotion and marketing of the centre, its services and facilities, which entails outreach in the surrounding areas
  • To maximise new business conversion through effective sales closure
  • To maximise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities through proactive initiatives
  • To handle membership enquiries and bookings
  • Undertake any other task/duties as may be reasonably required
  • The Cleaner will focus day to day on the following tasks:
  • To follow the cleaning rota's set down in the facility ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • To take responsibility for your own Health & Safety and follow safe working practices.
  • To ensure all cleaning procedures are followed at all times and relevant PPE is worn as required.
  • To report any safety issues or concerns that may arise.
  • To maintain and store cleaning equipment as required.
  • To carry out any task that may be relevant to your role as directed by the management team.

    Ideally a sales background in a similar role, although full training will be provided.
