Full Job Description

The Sales Assistant represents the Company with clients. Is a professional in the sales of premium goods and puts his/her talent to the company's service and to the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. Cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in his/her the store. Responsibilities MAIN RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Greet and advise our customers aiming to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible of developing the sale
  • Supplies for and maintains a high level of customer service
  • Retain our customers
  • Turns every touch point with customers into a positive situations, always promoting
  • Brand image
  • Executes the follow up of clients' requests
  • Cooperates with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere in the store and
  • cultivates own performance level.
  • Receives and displays the products according to the established procedures and
  • guidelines.
  • Actively contributes to teamwork
  • Ensure the proper management of stock and inventories
  • Manages claims (returns and exchanges) with the manager's support
  • Contribute to the cleanliness of the shop, constantly maintaining a tidy working place.

    Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus
