Full Job Description

  • To provide sales and after sales support both internally and externally to clients throughout the UK
  • Administration and customer service duties including quotations, order forms, stock and order traceability, invoice control and marketing material
  • Ensure sales order processing, stock control and stock ordering are all maintained
  • Provide support to the warehouse in the identification, order picking, packing kitting and commissioning of all units
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
  • Liaising with various departments within the company to provide administration support and sound advice
    • Candidates will come from a Sales Administration or Sale Support background within the automotive sector, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a very busy, varied workload. Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota.

    Starting salary up to £28kpa depending on experience + Excellent Company Benefits, including bonus. This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis, with immediate interviews and starts available.
