As a Parts Manager you will be an integral member of the aftersales team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department, providing a professional parts service to internal and external customers both face to face, over the trade counter and telephone. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

You will have previous experience as a Parts Manager or similar role working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector. Previous experience of working with DAF / TRP truck and trailer parts would be a big advantage. A proven track record of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations. Excellent people management and communication skills. PC Literate. Full UK driving licence.

Salary of £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on your Parts Manager experience)
