Passenger Transport Technical Administrator (Integrated Transport Unit)

To assist in the provision of efficient and effective administrative support to operational and support teams within the Integrated Transport Unit. This will involved a range of administrative tasks.,

• Maintain and update a range of electronic/manual information systems
• Liaise with other organisations including statutory, independent and voluntary agencies.
• Assist in the delivery of good customer service to the general public through email and telephone.
• Assist the team in achieving shared goals.
  
  Pleasant, professional and empathetic manner when dealing with colleagues and members of the public.
• Good administrative and numeracy skills and competent to use Office IT packages.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to your work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
