Full Job Description

Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. In November 2023 we were graded Outstanding in every single aspect of an Ofsted Inspection. We constantly strive for excellence, seeking innovative and collaborative ways of delivering the curriculum. As part of our on-going development of a highly successful specialist college, we have a Pastoral Assistant vacancy to join our team of professional and dedicated people. The college is a very happy and positive working environment.   • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
  • The ability to use IT systems/Microsoft Office and to conduct analysis and produce reports
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Compassion and understanding to work with families with disabled children
  • The ability to create good relationships with students, staff, parents and external partners
