We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Pastoral Leader for Key Stage 4 who is dynamic, creative and ambitious to lead the key stage in developing an outstanding and ambitious student culture which delivers good progress for all.
The successful candidate in addition to the responsibilities of a Class Teacher will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) , Curriculum Leads, Year Leads and form tutors, to ensure all students achieve their full potential, particularly learners most in need of support.
