Independent Health Group have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our admin team at our head office in Peasedown St. John, Bath., The Patient Pathway Coordinator will assist the Administration Team to deliver high quality administration to ensure the seamless transition of the patient journey, from initial referral into the IHG service through to discharge back to the referring GP, providing an effective, efficient and best possible patient experience.

IHG were set up in 2004 by Dr Matthew Wordsworth with the aim of offering patients the choice of being treated out of hospital, closer to home. Matt wanted to create a new health care organisation in which like-minded health care professionals could deliver truly patient centred care. Our aim was to bea leading provider of community-based diagnostic and treatment services of the highest quality, where patients always come first.

This role is a full time vacancy, 37.5 Hours, between Monday and Friday, with flexible working patterns possible.

We offer a competitive salary, 33 days annual leave including bank holidays with the ability to purchase further holiday. We also offer an extra day off for your birthday and a 5% discretionary annual bonus!, We work in a different kind of environment to that of an acute hospital setting. Our patients see the same clinician and are offered specific appointment times. Our staff work within small teams with plenty of time for patient contact. We provide services Monday to Friday, so there is no evening working, and nor do we operate on bank holidays. We pride ourselves on being a flexible employer.
